Terms & Conditions – Vatrika Resort & Film City
These terms apply to all bookings and services provided by Vatrika Resort & Film City / Vatrika Galaxy Film Resort by CLUB GALAXY CORPORATION.
1. Booking Confirmation
A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm a shoot date. Without payment, the booking remains unreserved.
2. Pricing & Packages
- Prices listed on our website or shared as quotations may change without notice.
- Customized requirements may result in additional charges.
3. Location Rules & Safety
- Clients must follow resort and safety guidelines at all times.
- Use of drones or props may require special permission.
- Any damage caused to property must be compensated by the client.
4. Rights & Ownership
- All photographs and videos remain the intellectual property of Vatrika unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
- We may showcase selected images/videos for marketing purposes unless the client opts out in writing.
5. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or events beyond our control.
6. Governing Law
All disputes will be handled under applicable laws of India under Ahmedabad jurisdiction.
